Property Policy Review
This three-day course is designed for newly licensed adjusters
entering into the business of Property Claims Adjusting.
This course covers the essential elements of handling property claims.
Subjects covered include:
Property Policy Review and Interpretation
Additional Living Expense, (ALE) loss handling
Personal Property, (contents) loss handling
Determining Replacement Cost Value, (RCV)
Determining Actual Cash Value, (ACV)
A laminated depreciation guide suitable for field use is given to
each student Free of Charge upon
completion of this course.
Note: This class qualifies for 16 hours of
Texas Continuing Education Credit if the student holds a Texas Adjusters
license.
This includes the 2-hour Ethics requirement set by TDI rule.
