LCS Training Seminars was
established in 2002 and dedicated to the success of the inexperienced person
wishing to enter the field of property and storm team adjusting. We
teach the student basic construction methods and techniques and identify
various framing members and finishing materials used in residential dwelling
construction. We also explain how to identify damage
associated with the perils of fire, wind, hail, and hurricanes, and discuss
how to complete estimates of repair that will be accepted by property
insurance carriers.
LCS Training Seminars became
LCS Training Group in
September 2004 with the addition of new classes for computer-based property
estimating training and Continuing Education certification for all
LCS courses by the Texas Department of
Insurance. LCS is
TDI Provider No.: 3352.
LCS Mission Statement.
We believe for a person to be successful in the claims adjusting business,
they must possess a basic knowledge of math, construction, and language.
Obtaining this knowledge is crucial prior to seeking a position as a storm
team member. Our courses are designed to aid the newly licensed
adjuster in the interview process by addressing these very important issues
that potential employers look for.
Larry L. Conner has extensive experience both as a storm team member
and a
team leader. Larry has been an independent as well as a staff adjuster
for major insurance companies in the continental U.S. He has a total
of
25 years of field experience and an additional 12 years of training in a
classroom environment. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and
an AIC (Associate in Claims) designation from the Insurance Institute of
America. Larry currently holds an Texas All-Lines adjuster license
issued by the Texas Department of Insurance. He has also held licenses
in the States of Oklahoma and Kentucky.
