This one-day course is for basic property estimating for handling property claims losses.  It is designed for the inexperienced person exploring the possibility of a career in catastrophe, or "Cat" storm team work.  It also serves as a ref
Note:  Payment options include cash, money order, company or personal check, or credit/debit cards, (Visa, MC, AMEX).  All personal checks require the student's driver's license number, a current physical home address and phone numbers, (land line and cell).  All checks should be made payable to "LCS Training Group".  Payments can be made in advance of the class or at the door on the date the class meets.

This course is a "must" for the newly licensed adjuster to learn how insurance companies want their property estimates completed.  A background in the construction business is not a requirement but is helpful to the understanding of terms.  Contractors will also benefit greatly from the knowledge of how insurance companies want property estimates completed.

The cost of this one-day course is $159. and includes the course manual/workbook.  Students are encouraged to bring a notepad, pen/pencil and a simple calculator.
Note:  Students attending an LCS class will be responsible for the following costs and charges:

1.  Transportation to and from the class location each day the class meets.


2.  All meals and snacks taken while at the class.

3.  All Hotel/Motel charges incurred, including telephone charges, meal delivery and room service charges.
